CPR is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a nonprofit public service corporation. A portion of the cost a volunteer’s trip and the majority of a charitable donation by a non-participant should be tax deductible for the donor, as well. Your accountant should be able to provide appropriate and up to date advice on this topic. Our tax-ID number is: 93-13311440.

As with any other charitable organization, CPR has a significant number of financial obligations that require a steady income stream. In an effort to keep the cost of the trip for each individual as low as possible, we are actively soliciting donations wherever possible.
