Teams can be assured that we only work in a host country by invitation of the group we are working for.  Prior to beginning to design a brigade, our staff makes personal contact with individuals in an organization there that has asked us to provide services.  The brigade work and timing is then designed around the request and, as much as possible, the makeup of the team is determined by the needs of the community.  We also work in concert and collaboration with local health and dental care providers whenever possible.
